Enjoy a daytime Cruise (lasting approx 40 mins) around Malta’s Grand Harbour, in one of this Companies FULLY RESTORED Traditional Boats, at the same time you will be helping to save these very same boats from EXTINCTION. These boats(The Maltese Dghajsa) have slowly been disappearing from our shores. Up until the 1970’s There were approximately a thousand of these boats registered. There is now only a few dozen left, one of which was commissioned to Princess Elizabeth During her Naval Duties here before she became the QUEEN. This boat has been fully restored by my company & re-launched as one of my passenger boats. When visiting Egypt for example you would almost certainly visit the Pyramids & when in Paris you would go & see the Eifel Tower. Therefore when in Malta try a trip on one of my Traditional Dghajsa’s (pronounced Die-Sa). During the past few years there has been a kiosk situated on Vittoriosa Water Front (part of the 3 Cities) It is the Official Ticketing Office for the Boats, also doubling up as an Information Centre for the area. This has & is being run on a VOLUNTARY basis, for which I am very Thankful for as without these few very special people there would be NO office. So try a trip on one of these boats, listen to the boatman explain the area’s you pass to you, or simply enjoy the views & follow your free map & information guide. Or just take a simple crossing to Valletta, what-ever your choice is you will not be disappointed of that I am sure. Looking forward to seeing you soon Mr A Whibley
Tickets for a TRADITIONAL HARBOUR CRUISE can now be brought from our office at Vittoriosa, which also doubles up as The Three Cities Information centre, it is Situated Opposite FREEDOM MONUMENT
